Welcome to the Plum Blossom Farm website! We are located in the hills of beautiful Sonoma County.
We have a small flock of Wensleydale sheep. Our animals are treated with the utmost care and are like family to
us. Here at Plum Blossom Farm we offer a range of fiber art products including: wool dryer balls, wall hangings, cat toys, greeting cards, felted soaps, puddle pads, bird nesting balls, sheep
photos/prints and more. All of the natural fibers used in our work come from our animals here on the farm.
The wool is dyed and felted by hand in our home. We also offer processed wool for fiber artists including carded
batts, roving and dyed or natural locks. Spinners, felters and crafters all give rave reviews of our fiber.

Felting is the process of binding fibers together through agitation. I use both wet
and dry felting techniques with my work. Wet felting requires hot water, soap, and a lot of physical work. Dry,
or needle felting, uses special barbed needles which grab the fibers. With each poke of the needle the wool shrinks
and tightens to create any imaginable shape.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to place an order. We accept
checks as well as Visa and Mastercard. If you prefer to purchase using Paypal we can create a reserved listing
for you through Etsy.
